Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Warranties

Shipping

Our warehouse is based in Johannesburg so orders within JHB will be delivered within 2 working days. Other major centers will be 2 to 3 working days. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 7 working days. All orders for next day/overnight delivery close @ 2:30pm daily. 

* Goods will only be shipped once full payment has reflected in our account all items ordered are in stock.

* Any items deemed hazardous by airlines will not be shipped using an overnight service.

* Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address detail, lack of access to the delivery location or nobody at the address to receive the delivery may result in the goods being returned to Custom Bikes. In such an eventuality, the cost of shipping the goods for a second time will be for the account of the purchaser.  

Returns Policy

* We accept returned goods within 7 days from delivery in original packing in original condition with a valid proof of purchase for full refund.

* We accept returned goods after 7 days but within 30 days from delivery in original packing in original condition with a valid proof of purchase for refund less a 10% handling fee. 

* We do not accept any returns after 30 days from delivery.

* Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom reserves the right to authorize any returned goods for refund, exchange or replacement as the case may be and their decision is final.

Warranties

* All products for sale on this site will carry the manufacturer's warranty and such warranty will be honored by the manufacturer and their agents as per their respective terms and conditions.

* Warranties claimed on goods purchased on Custom Bikes will be submitted by Custom Bikes to the respective manufacturer or their agents whose decision whether or not the warranty claim will be settled is final.
